This is a paid internship that offers hands-on experience in technical supports and client interaction, working directly with our dynamic development and operations teams.
As a Technical Support Engineer Intern, you will assist in troubleshooting technical issues, responding to client inquiries, and ensuring the smooth operation of our services. You’ll play a vital role in helping users resolve problems while gaining exposure to modern web technologies, development tools, and real-world support workflows. This is a great opportunity to develop your technical problem-solving skills and learn from experienced professionals in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond to user queries and technical issues via email, chat, or support ticketing systems in a timely and professional manner

Collaborate with developers to escalate and resolve complex technical problems

Record frequent issues, their solutions, and best practices to help create and update a comprehensive knowledge base.

Assist in testing new features, bug fixes, and updates before deployment

Contribute to enhancing internal support processes by identifying recurring issues and proposing effective, long-term solutions.

Foster clear and open communication with users to ensure their concerns are fully understood and addressed efficiently

Vacancy
We are hiring 1 Paid Technical Support Engineer Intern.
Joining Date
15th June 2025 will be the joining. 03 Months Internship with the opportunity to transition to a full-time position
Working Schedule
10 AM - 06 PM with 2 weekly offdays. Tuesday and Wednesday are designated off-days
Compensation
8,000 BDT per month during the Internship period. If selected as a full-time employee, salary will be 12,000 - 15,000 BDT per month with a half-yearly salary review policy.

I am using your Navigation Drawer Module. I need to show lots of menus in the navigation drawer but it looks bad. So what I need is a dropdown based menu so that If I dropdown one menu, then it will show multiple menus under it. Attaching a image so that you can understand what I want.
